TechCash can be also be used to purchase food from any dining location on campus. TechCash can be added to your HawkCard through the ACaPS Office (Access, Card, and Parking Services). There's no need for students to carry cash when their HawkCard provides meals via their Meal Plan and spending money via TechCash. TechCash does not require a meal plan. Commuters are strongly advised to add TechCash to their HawkCard. If you loose your wallet, you do not loose your TechCash. Meal Plans

2013 - 2014 Meal Plan Overview

Meal Plans are designed to provide access to all-you-care-to-eat meals in The Commons Cafeteria located in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC). The Meal Plan you choose will provide a predetermined number of meals each week during meal period hours on Meal Plan days in The Commons. With key pieces of information, you will be able to get the greatest value out of your Meal Plan.

Students living in MSV or SSV are required to participate in a traditional Meal Plan (19-Plus, 14-Plus, CYO).  Graduate students in MSV Graduate Hall and students living on campus with a kitchen in-unit must have the 50/$50 plan.  For more information visit housing.iit.edu.

Meal Plan contracts are administered by the Office of Residence and Greek Life and pricing for traditional Meal Plans can be found here.

Meal Plan Changes

Meal Plan changes will only be honored during the first two weeks of each semester. Please visit the Office of Residence and Greek Life in McCormick Student Village (MSV) to change your meal plan.

All standard Meal Plans can be purchased by Commuters, Faculty and Staff. Please contact IIT Dining Services at dining@iit.edu if you have any questions regarding Meal Plans.
